		Lacey provides a wide array of engineering services including: new product design and development, tool engineering, manufacturing engineering, design and process control and validation. More than 35 engineers work in highly-skilled cross functional teams to create innovative product and tooling designs. The teams work to optimize performance reliability, lower cost, and manufacturability. Engineering services include:

			Tooling Engineering for Stamping, Injection Molding, Medical Wire Forms, CNC Machining, and Assembly Equipment. Solid modeling utilizing 3D computer aided design and rapid prototyping Rapid product development delivered through in-house vertical integration and diverse component manufacturing capabilities. Dedicated Process Improvement and Technical Service teams utilize Process Excellence Skills to enhance quality and accelerate cost reduction.. Rapid tool modifications in response to product design changes and product development. Process Qualification to ensure product quality and deliver robust products to the market.
